Jay strives to foster community involvement, whether it be through encouraging entrepreneurial connections throughout the Catawba Valley or participating in local events. He was awarded the City of Hickory's "Entrepreneur Of the Year" award in 2022. Jay loves to spend his free time with his two children and wife. Some of their favorite things to do are hiking in and around Catawba County, playing in the backyard and heading to the movies.
